RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

Please fill out the Reservation Form found on this IAC 2024 Caribbean Conference booking site and 48 hours later, you will receive your confirmation by email with the guidelines for changes, cancellations and no show.

Please note that the hotel confirmation includes 16% VAT according to hotel process and this will be adjusted on-site at checkout if you are eligible and present the proper documentation.

  • Minibar with soft drinks, domestic beer, bottled water, and coffee. Refreshed daily.
  • One (1) hour non-motorised sport: kayaks, paddles, boards & snorkling per room, per stay
  • Local phone calls
  • At leisure outdoor daytime sport and fitness activities available to all hotel’s guests

Not Included:

  • Concession purchases (tobacco shop, travel agency, car rental, ground transportation, etc)
  • National and International phone charges
  • Laundry services
  • All Gem spa services, including beauty parlour, retail products and food & beverage dining options.
  • Child care / babysitting services

CHILDREN POLICY

  • 0-4 year old are complimentary when sharing room with their parents
  • 5-12 years old is 70 USD per child when sharing room with their parents
  • From 13 years old and above are consider adults
