Delegates Staying Off Property

Delegates not staying at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All Inclusive Spa Resort will need to purchase a Conference Package Pass as required by the hotel.

There are two options if staying off-property:

• Conference Package #1 US$789.00 Sunday to Tuesday June 2-4, 2024: This package provides access to the conference sessions, Opening Ceremony and Cocktail and Closing Party. Lunch will be provided at two restaurants: Viña or La Joya (delegates will be notified which restaurant on the specific day)

• Conference Package #2 US$526.00 Monday & Tuesday June 3-4, 2024: This package provides access to the conference sessions and Closing Party. Lunch will be provided at two restaurants: Viña or La Joya (delegates will be notified which restaurant on the specific day)

*Conference Passes do not include access to the pool area or the beach, the lobby bar, or other restaurants*

To ensure your access to the hotel property, please make payment for your conference package option through the IAC. Please contact us at conference@iac-caribbean.com to notify us that you will be staying off property and to receive details on how to make payment.

Once payment is received, your name will be added to the list of attendees staying off property and this list will be provided to the hotel.

Persons not staying on property are asked to advise us prior to Friday May 24, 2024. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be provided with a special wristband with hotel branding.
