Your registration fee includes attendance, refreshments, lunch on the two conference days, an electronic copy of the conference delegate listing and invitations to the CIC Opening Ceremony and Cocktail Reception and the CIC Dinner and Show. Full payment must be received prior to the conference and once payment has been received an invoice/receipt will be issued.

Confirmation of your booking:
All bookings will be acknowledged in writing within three working days of receipt and regular updates will be emailed to delegates up to two weeks before the conference. Please telephone the IAC Secretariat immediately: if you have not received written acknowledgement of your booking within 3 days of sending it by fax or email OR if you have not received your conference confirmation number or hotel booking information at least a month before the event.
Full payment must be received prior to the conference and once payment has been received an invoice/receipt will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation for registration will be refunded less US$100.00 if received on or before April 30, 2025. Any cancellations received after April 30, 2025, will NOT be refunded any part of the registration fee.

The above room rates include Occupancy Tax currently 10%.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is at 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 pm (noon). We will make every effort to accommodate special arrival and departure requests.
CONDITIONS:
- Rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD) per person, per night.
- This meal plan must be reserved for the same number of nights the group stays.
- Additional charges will apply for international calls, laundry service, and specialty items not included in the plan such as lobster, champagne, high end wines and spirits.
- A surcharge of USD $139.00 per person per night applies for a 3rd adult in the room.
- Children up to 5 years old are complimentary; children from 6 to 12 years pay USD$59.00 per child per night.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- All meals buffet or a La Carte at any of the hotel’s restaurant during regular operation hours. For Asiana and Tierra & Fuego Restaurants reservations are required. Group reservations allowed up to a maximum of 10 guests sitting together every 30 minutes.
- Starfish Restaurant (buffet and a la carte) and Pacifica Restaurant (buffet only) no reservations required.
- Oregano Italian Deli from 2:00pm to 10:00 pm
- La Micaela Cafe from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Unlimited non-alcoholic and alcoholic premium drinks, and wine by the glass, at any of the hotel’s restaurants and bars during regular operation hours.
- Afternoon snacks station by the pool from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Basic minibar with two bottles of water, two cans of national beer, two cans of soda, two salad snacks (chips) and 2 chocolate bars that are replaced when consumed.
- Wireless Internet in guestrooms and throughout the hotel including meeting space for basic use
- Includes gratuities and F&B taxes.

OPENING CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL RECEPTION (COCKTAIL ATTIRE):
The Ceremony is anticipated and attended by all of the delegates. This event includes a feature address delivered by a distinguished and illustrious speaker.
The Cocktail Reception is the first social event for the Conference. It is an ideal opportunity to network, greet old friends and meet new ones. The objective is to provide an ambience and feeling that will set the tone and mood for the 43rd Annual Conference.
CONFERENCE SESSIONS (BUSINESS CASUAL – CONFERENCE POLO SHIRTS MAY BE WORN)
CLOSING PARTY (CASUAL – CARIBBEAN COOL):
Kick back, relax, and join us at our Closing Party!
This evening will include recognition of sponsors, a Dinner and lots of Dancing! It’s the perfect climax to celebrate the end of conference.
The Closing Party is attended by all conference delegates and sponsors and is another excellent opportunity for networking and meeting top executives in both the regional and international insurance industries.
